Second: After you have it find a template to make it a little bite better, you can make it look like you made it and not copy a template.

Fifth: Finally give it a domain name and then you have it, you just made yourself a website.

Third: Edit it to what you want for what you need for it. Then make it look good. This will make you website stand out from others.
